+Pump times and endlag are now decreased for each level of Rage you have: -1 Frame for each level of Rage
At max Rage:

Window 3: 9
Window 6 (Endlag): 14
+Turbo rework: Now instead of having much faster pumps, it's now a quick startup throw with the power of Pump 2, giving it a different, more aggressive purpose vs regular NSpecial

~UStrong adjusted angle (95 -> 90)
~NSpecial normalized all projectiles to now use Angle 50

~DSpecial - Fixed the endlag of the move accidentally having armor/the move not reacting properly to low hitstun moves
~Nspecial projectile lifetime now resets on parry

+Adrenaline now reduces NSpecial's overall speed by 25% (startup, pump speed, endlag) while you have a charge
+Rage now slightly increases dash speed + initial dash speed per level
+Jab, Bair, Nair increased range
+Jab decreased startup (7f -> 5f)
+DAttack increased initial hitbox knockback (4 -> 5)
+FStrong increased horizontal distance
+DStrong - FTilt can be turned around upon tilt cancelling, mirroring UTilt and DTilt
+USpecial - Can now move near the end of the final window, stopping Bald Bull from being unable to move while rising over ledge
+DSpecial - Fixed a bug with not going into counter frames upon hitting Frames 4-6 on Window 1, move now properly transitions into counter starting at Frame 3 of Window 1

-DSpecial frames reworked/standardized:
-Startup: 3f -> 6f
-Duration -> 21f -> 16f
-Cooldown: 15f -> 30f

-USpecial decreased knockback scaling (1 -> .9)
-NSpecial lowered hitstun multiplier (1 -> .8), self-hit still retains normal hitstun

~Fixed several bugs related to jump-cancelling FSpecial into NSpecial/DSpecial/USpecial that would cause you to retain a 1.5x damage modifier after you landed with the moves/entering back into PS_IDLE. Landing from these three attacks while you have the damage modifier will cause you to retain it until the attack finishes, you hit a player/get hit, or you enter pratland (USpecial)
~Increased the redness on the 1.5x damage modifier outline after jump cancelling FSpecial

+USpecial changed angle (95 -> 70)
-Bair decreased damage (7/5 -> 5/4)
