- Hotfix for crashing issue. The only thing I could find was in the Traits file. I updated the Dragon traits with the correct tags. Hopefully it works now.

- Fixed a bug where becoming the Galactic Emperor would sometimes remove the Dragon Culture civic. (experimental - please test to see if it is resolved)
