So the 1.3 update has been sitting for over a week and still isn't getting pushed to clients. I guess the workshop is just being stupid as usual. Here's a fake update with a new version number.

Mod version 1.3.0 for game version 0.28.1

    New Item:
    • Incendiary Shells
      • Creates pools of fire around area of impact

    Categories:
    • Renamed "Ammo" category to "Arrows"
    • Moved existing bullet-based ranged weapons into the new "Ballistic Weapons" anvil category
    • Moved Cannonball to new "Explosives" crafting category
    • Moved all bullets (vanilla & modded) to "Bullets" crafting category
    • Moved Smart Ammo Pouch/Bag to "Equipment" category

    Loading Bench:
    • Removed. All items are now sorted into the various new crafting tables.
      • Bullets moved to anvils under "Bullets"
      • Fuel moved to alchemy tables under "Fuel"
      • Shells moved to anvils under "Explosives"
      • Guns moved to anvils under "Ballistic Weapons"
      • Flamethrower moved to T.Anvil under "Flame Weapons"
      • Launchers moved to T.Anvil under "Explosive Weapons"
      • RA seed and produce weapons moved to anvils under "Natural Weapons"
      • Mechanical Parts moved to anvils under "Materials"
    • The main reason behind the Loading Bench existing was due to how cluttered the existing crafting interfaces were. The new category system allows for much greater control over the placement and sorting of items.

    Bouncing Bullets:
    • Basic recipe now requires 2 Halffish, returns only 50 bullets
    • Added advanced recipe that uses 1 Slime Matter instead, returns 100 bullets
    • Increased bounce damage bonus by 5% and crit chance bonus by 2%
    • Bullet hit particles get brighter as bounces increase

    Void Bullets:
    • Raised maximum rotation threshold by 35 degrees

    Sapphire Bullets:
    • The threshold for triggering a crystal explosion is now dependent on the firerate of the weapon. This should make sapphire bullets much more viable on slower weapons.
    • Removed alchemy shards from recipe
    • Moved recipe to mid-game Tungsten bench

    Lightning Bullets:
    • Improved lightning bullet bolts target detection
    • Lighting bullet bolts targeting hierarchy reordered:
      1. Players of opposing teams (if PvP is enabled)
      2. Hostile NPCs
      3. Critters
      4. Closest mob the player can damage
    • Lightning Bullet bolts can no longer damage friendly humans/villagers/party members
    • Lightning Bullet bolts can no longer damage other players when PvP is disabled
    • Lightning Bullet bolts can no longer damage players on the same team
    • Damage cap per bolt lowered from 100 to 50 (previous highest possible was ~66), for 150 total damage

    Splintering Bullets:
    • Shrapnel range increased by 0.4 tiles
    • Can now hit a mob up to three times, depending on proximity to source:
      • 1.5 tiles away: x4 damage reduction, 40 damage cap
      • 1 tiles away: x3.61 damage reduction, 70 damage cap
      • 0.5 tiles away: x2.9 damage reduction, 120 damage cap
    • Shrapnel can no longer damage friendly humans/villagers/party members
    • Shrapnel can no longer damage other players when PvP is disabled
    • Shrapnel can no longer damage players on the same team

    Napalm:
    • Damage lowered by 2
    • Raised slowdown effect duration by 0.05s
    • Napalm that collides with solid objects/walls will bounce back a small amount

    Shells:
    • Increased crafted amount to 25

    Breaching Shells:
    • Increased damage by 25
    • Lowered number of bombs required to craft by 5

    Produce Launcher/Cannon:
    • Optimized produce weaponry
    • Increased base firerate of Produce Cannon by 0.3
    • Increased base damage of Produce Cannon by 7
    • Added raspberries as valid ammo
    • Food items now list tooltips for Produce Cannon effects
    • Cabbage projectile knockback is now additive

    Misc Changes/Fixes:
    • All ammo now stacks up to the vanilla 5000 limit
    • Removed ammo pouch from Gunsmith shop
    • Removed unused items

    This patch makes the mod functional on 0.28. It does not incorporate the new content/ui changes yet.
