Added 36 more lines from MGS2 that were originally meant to be an internal monologue for Snake, but I managed to make them sound the same as the rest of the dialogue.

Added 1.5s delay to 'EnemyHeard' cue

Added 0.8s delay to 'LootSpotted' cue

"I can take them on now" was moved from Serial/Reaper to 'AmmoReload'

Silenced 'HackTurret' as it only ever played at points where lines would be doubled up and has no specific dialogue. Gremlin hacking lines can still cause dialogue to double up during certain occasions, but no longer when hacking turrets.

Fixed the localization text. That's what happens when you rush updates.

Snake's various "Kept you waiting" lines can now play during many more actions

Added a dedicated "Kept you waiting" variant to guarantee it plays on several actions.

Snake's Smash Bros. "Now!" line doesn't play during gun abilities anymore. It can now play when using explosives.

Slightly adjusted text positioning on the thumbnail image that was driving me insane.

Voice no longer can be assigned to civilians. Something that I definitely didn't steal from Max's voicepacks.

Mod can now actually be used by people without WotC.
