-consuming beast core now support multiple cultivation hediff(when one is full, will fill the next hediff)
-change a lot of hediff to use 1.6 tickInterval
-remove redundant code,
-fix hediff disappear bug(Again)
-qi fleck when meditating only spawn when in camera view
-add setting to Misc tab, to disable fleck spawning entirely
-after lovin, cultivator has a chance to increase the cultivation of their partner

-fix hediff deleting error when multiple pawns cultivate together near qi source
-allow multiple cultivation hediffs to exist on the same pawns. only possible when pawns spawned with forced cultivation scenario part and also have special traits/backstory that provide cultiavtion hediff.
