v4.0 - Rehydrated Rework
+ Aerial FSpecial now has SpongeBob hop up in the air slightly, similar to Ryu/Cloud NSpecial.
~ Bubble effect has been lowered to be centered on the projectile.
~ FSpecial 1 has less HPS (1 > .5).
~ FSpecial 2 has more HPS (.7 > .8).
~ FSpecial 2 has a different angle (30 > 36).
~ FSpecial 2 now starts at a different angle, and reverses at F18 of lifetime.
- FSpecial has less KBS (.8 > .55).
This should make the boomerang effect feel more natural.
~ FSpecial 3 has added HPS (0 > .09).
~ Removed Flipper on FSpecial 3.
~ FSpecial no longer plays an Error sound when Parried.

+ FTilt Sweet does 1% more damage (8 > 9).
+ FTilt Sweet has increased KBS (.5 > .6).
+ FTilt now has a weaker Sour hitbox.
~ FTilt has retimed hitboxes.
~ FTilt Sweet has a higher angle (34 > 40).
- FTilt has 1 additional frame of startup.

~ UAir final hit has more KBG (.6 > .8).
~ UAir multhits have more BHP (1 > 3).
- UAir has 1 additional frame of startup.
- UAir hit 3 has less damage (5 > 3).
- UAir has 2 additional frames of landing lag.

+ DSpecial has 3 less frames of endlag.
~ DSpecial has a small amount of BHP and HPS added (0 > 2) (0 > .5).
~ DSpecial can't be fast fall'd anymore.
~ DSpecial hitbox timing has been adjusted.
- DSpecial Net Toss has less BKB (9 > 7).

+ FStrong comes out 2 frames faster and ends 2 frames faster.
+ FStrong has increased KBG (.9 > 1).
~ FStrong has retimed hitboxes.
~ FStrong Spike does less damage (20 > 17).
~ FStrong has less HP (21 > 12).

+ BAir Sour lasts 4 more frames.
- BAir Sweet has less KBS (.9 > .65).
- BAir Sour has less BKB (7 > 6).

+ NAir has increased damage (5 > 6).
+ NAir comes out 2 frames earlier.
- NAir hitbox ends 1 frame earlier.

+ DAir has 2 less frames of startup.
~ Removed Sandbert hit effect on DAir (Sour & Sweet).

~ NSpecial now propperly pauses the boost when hitting someone, removing a fake Placbo of different hitpauses
- NSpecial has 2 added frames of endlag.
- NSpecial has a longer cooldown (160 > 130).

+ Jab 2 has increased KBS (.2 > .35).
- Jab 2 now goes into Parry Stun.

+ FAir has 8 less of endlag.
+ FAir has 6 less of landing lag.

~ UStrong has less BHP (12 > 10).
- UStrong has less Friction (.1 > .25).

+ Weight increase (1.2 > 1.15)
+ DStrong has been reworked hitbox wise.
+ UTilt has 2 less frrames of endlag.
- DTilt does less damage (8 > 6).
- USpecial has less KBS (.8 > .6.5).
~ DAttack Sweet has been reworked.
~ SpongeBob's Tech Roll animation now plays properly.
~ Dash Speed is now 8 instead of 8.6, keeping his fast running speed while slowing him down a bit.
~ Removed HPS on multihits.

v3.2 - Projectile Polish and Up B Hurtbox fix
~ Projectiles now use -1 mask, and have been slightly repositioned so that hitbox jank doesn't happen anymore.
~ Fixed up Up Special Hurtbox to match visual.

v3.0 - IT'S THE BIG ONE

~ Added an idle animation for SpongeBob, that combines his Jellyfish Jam dance and his "Who put you on the planet?" Dance.
~ Added compatibility with Scoop, and Hypercam.
~ SpongeBob can crawl on the floor, and look up now.

'Platform camping was reported as being a problem, here's fixes I had in mind while not completely ruining the usage of the attacks.'
- Neutral Special cooldown has been increased. (130 from 70)
- Neutral Special Air Drift has been lowered. (-0.19 from -0.3)
- Up Air held doesn't boost you as high. (-6 from -7)
- Forward Air has 4 more frames of endlag.

~ Down Air Boots now squeak on Spike hit. Why? Why not? :)

+ Back Air got an angle change. (361 from 45)

+ FTilt Fist now has an angle of 34. (from 45)

+ FStrong Main Hitbox got taller. (38 from 20)

~ Dair hitpause is now 9. (It was 20 as an unintended leftover)
~ FStrong and DStrong have subtle camera shake.

+ Walk speed has been slightly increased. (4.10 from 4.00)
+ Run speed has been slightly increased. (8.2 from 7.5)
~ Air Accel is now 0.4 from 0.3.

+ Down Special Grab got a slight bit wider. (70 Width from 60)
~ Down Special hitpause is now 11. (down from 16)
~ Down Special Grab and Launch effects have been tweaked.

+ DStrong's angle has been changed. (32 from 45)
+ DStrong has stronger BKB. (8 from 7)
~ DStrong hits lower. (Height -6 from -16)

+ FSpecial Rebound's angle has been changed. (from 40)
- FSpecial Rebound has weaker BKB. (6 from 7)
~ FSpecial Rebound has an Angle Flipper of 3 now.
- FSpecial Spicy has weaker BKB. (7 from 8)
~ Bubble trail direction bug has been fixed.
~ Charge value now properly resets when getting interrupted in anyway.

v2.0 - The Week 1 Patch!
+ Bair comes out on frame 9 now instead of 11.
- Bair has 2 more frames of endlag. (3 more from whiff)
~ Bair Strong has more Base Hitpause. (7 > 7.5)
~ Bair Strong has more Hitpause Scaling. (.4 > .7)

+ UStrong Sweetspot has higher priority.
- Lowered scaling on UStrong Sweetspot. (1.3 > 1.2)
- Sweetspot doesn't last as long. (8 > 4)
- Normal hit has been raised up. (-50 > -70)

+ Forward Air hitboxes reach higher up.
- Forward Air hitboxes have been shrunk down vertically.

- Jab 2 has 4 more frames of endlag.

+ FStrong Air spike has higher priority.

~ Fixed issue with DSpecial creating multiple grabboxes.
~ FSpecial 1 now has Hitpause Scaling of 1 on it.
~ NSpecial hitboxes have been polished up to match the motion better.
~ DTilt startup has been slightly reanimated.
