Added requirements to hold left mouse button for 0.2 to shoot from Flak cannons to prevent accidental shooting while switching between cannons with double click

1) Fixed auto aim mode for dorsal twin Gatling - it won’t target Humans anymore.
2) Fixed depth of outside engine decoration (some people report it didn't showed correctly)
3) Moved upper ducts responsible for fire suppression in Junction compartment and Reactor room a bit lower, so both ducts could be fixed form inside the submarine
4) Unlocked all the interfaces menus for cabinets and storage compartments so it won’t appear outside of screen borders on narrower monitor resolutions.
5) Added medicals to medicine cabinet and moved all morphine to the toxin cabinet

Tweaked waypoints so bots using all the doors and hatches correctly

1) Reactor tweaks which makes sense to upgrade it further (now u can`t shoot, craft and have all the lights on without consequences - however u still have battery array to supply for overvoltage):

Power 6500kW = > 5500kW
Fuel consumption 0.250 = > 0.200

Engineer perk will give you additional 500 kW power
All station reactor upgrades will give you additional 275 kW power

2) Changed Text Display in the 2nd circuit from "Lamps" to "Lights"

3) Added visuals to the diving suit locker in the command room

4) Adjusted angle of top twin Gatlings to prevent it hitting the hull
