Major update: new trees for the main non-hero mec classes with significant help from Xenthalus. Also took an initial pass at XCOM decks, and also created multiple new custom abilities for them. Lots to test, I did some checks and things seemed to work, let me know if there are issues.

  • Cloned Master Blaster so Kiruka's SPARK overhaul isn't a requirement for this.

  • some animation stuff for Mec Templar. They aren't great, but the perks work.
  • Fixed issue where meccing soldiers purchased from the black market reset their XP to 0.

  • MEC Templar gains 2 mobility at squaddie and now has a shield ability baseline similar to the normal Templar, providing 4/8/12 ablative for a turn, and redone XCOM decks to get rid of the gremlin perks.

  • tweaked localizations slightly
  • enabled the hero mecs (Mec Reaper, Mec Trooper, Mec Templar) with new trees from Xenthalus

    The Mec Templar has a flamethrower/reactionbased tree, a psi/reactionbased tree, and a psi/tank/support tree, and can use psi amps/underlays.
    The Mec Skirmisher has a shooty tree, a melee tree, and a support tree designed for use with the SPARK Launchers.
    The Mec Reaper has an auto-sniper tree, a stealth tree, and an explosives tree.
