- Fixed minor typo in the crate's holdable code that ummmm made it unholdable!!!!

- Made new crate holdable in your inventory slots.
- Corrected mod version to my arbitary standards.

- Added "Comically large crate of Comrades" which can be purchased from vending machines for 750 marks and can hold up to 16 cigarette packs.
- Added an unsmudged variant of "Pack of Comrades" only found in wrecks where the small label on the front is, in fact, unsmudged.

- All cigarette packs may now hold lighters. Meaning if you REALLY want to you can hold 20 lighters in a pack.

- JIMMIES now work as intended. EEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKK

-Officer Harmsalots now use the correct identifier for the vigor affliction.

- Fixed stray pixels on the shorter smoked JIMMIE sprites.

- Nerfed Coalition Menthol damage healing from 1.5 to 1.0
- Coalition Menthols should now correctly give you enough oxygen loss to not be out naturally healed. :skull:

- Adjusted previous update
