Tweaked a # to exclude blindfolded pawns from enraging 096.

Unfortunately, this presents a problem with Rimworld's mechanic for an animal's hurt on revenge. Since it activates using different parameters, 096 will stay in manhunter until it's killed or viewed by another pawn with capable sight because my Exitmanhunter method can't be activated. This hurt on revenge happens when an blind/blindfolded pawn attacks 096.

096's mechanics for entering/exiting its manhunter state does still work normally with pawns with capable vision.
I've been working to find a solution and will continue to do so.

TLDR: Don't hurt 096 with your blind/blindfolded colonists and everything will be fine :)))

096 is now integrated with the newest DLC and can now be held in a Holding Platform. It also now has a min. containment strength and base escape interval.
