24/MAR/2025 - HKrul

General:

- Added fleshed out loading screen qoutes for almost all characters
- A new lord: Yngve Aarseth. A powerful blind seer that can see the future*
- A new legendary Hero: Lars Mortensen. Norscan Mercenary that follows Olric, now fighting for the Sarl Tribe*
- Added five new unique ancillaries for the confederation mechanic
- Minor decreases (and a few minor increases) to unit size scales to better fit vanilla

**Bug fixes:**
- Fixed an issue where effect on Ulfric's quest item was not applying (movement)
- Fixed an issue where Drenok Johansen did not get his mount specific ability on campaign
- Fixed an issue where current loading screen qoutes only applied to lords on the campaign map as long as they were unmounted
- Fixed an issue where the confederation ancillaries where not distrubeted (fixed by rhox)
- Fixed an issue where only the RoR variant of the Ymir was available in custom battle

**Sarl**
*The main point of feedback is that Birna was underperforming. She did not compare to other ranged lords and lacked the ability to skirmish.*

- Increased Birna's overall combat stats
- Birna now has the ''fires while moving'' trait
- Birna can now skirmish
- Slight buff to Birna's starting retinue of river trolls
- Sarl now get a legendary hero, Lars Mortensen.
- Increased the bonusses the Sarl Hunters RoR receive the ability ''Phantom of the Marshes''
- Sarl Hunters RoR now have the passive rage ability

**Dolgan**
- Lokjar Bjoergir gets a slight buff on his quest item stats
- Lokjar Bjoergir did not have the ''rage'' ability when on foot, this is now fixed
- Sayl can now obtain the ''immune to psychology'' attribute through his skill tree

**Ursfjordings**
- Slight buff to the Bearmen of Urslo RoR
- Nerfed the ward save Beorg would recieve through his quest item from 15 to 10%
- Increased Beorg's missile strength when in human form

**Skeggi**
*Main point of feedback here was Soren Hoarder would be outperformed by regular Shamans due to his lack of mounts.*

- Increased Soren Hoarder's combat stats
- Slightly increased Soren Hoarder's HP and mass
- Soren Hoarder may recieve addition bonus vs large ws through his skill tree
- Increased the weapon strength gained from the Sword of Warping with an additional 5%
- Increased the effect range for the Giant RoRs special ability

**Graeling**
- Nerfed Verdandi the Sea-Maiden's armour with 5
- Added a unit of warhounds to Harald's starting army
- Added a unit of marauders to Harald's starting army

**Icefang Tribe**
- Increased Drenok Johansen's bonus to growth in frozen regions through his skill tree to 35
- Increased Drenok Johansen's recieved bonus to his leadership aura through the Greataxe to 35%

**Yusak**
- Zar Uzelek had lower WS than the non legendary Skald variants, this is now fixed.

**Bjornling**
*Two main points of feedback here, one being that both mechanics do not scale in to the late game (fishing and the supporter race), as fishing becomes obselete past turn 30 and the kislev race is often decided early.
Second point is (alot) about the chaos corruption. But if you ask me its a non discussion. Bjornlings worship chaos gods - maybe not as devout as other norscans, but of course they would still generate chaos corruption*.

- Added 5 more unique fish ancillaries to be drenched up
- Increased the base chance of a unique fish appearing to 10% (to make fishing in the later game more interesting)
- Oda Winterclaw now has a unique quest ancillary
- Increased the base upkeep for Huscarl units
- Slightly nerfed base stats for Huscarl units
- Increased the amount of base AP damage received by Hildr the Reavers quest item to 25
- Increased Oda Winterclaw's ranged weapon damage
- Decreased Oda Winterclaw's melee attack
- Removed Scyla as he is a literal chaos spawn mutant and the Bjornling would detest him.

**Baersonling**

- Changed the recharge context for Einarr's legendary item Alfwyrm
- Nerfed Einarr's ward save from his innate ability from 30 to 20%
- Bufffed Einarr's melee attack bonus to 45 received from Alfwyrm

**Aesling**

-Added a unit of flesh hounds to Hakka's starting army
