1.5 CE compatibility
Changes:
- Removed 1.4 CE compatibility
- Added Muzzle flash support
- Set muzzleFlashScale to 30 from 15, cause apparently it wasn't flashy enough
- Set generateCommonality and generateAllowChance to 0... on all mod items, hopefully this makes it not appear on random Pawns
- Halved the wearPerDay from 0.4 to 0.2, meaning that the outfits should last longer when worn
- the special outfits don't wear down at all.
