-Added Tooltip and Focus autocomplete code for a Old World MIC Branch to Forward From the Sea to buff players using the New World MIC
-Added some Idea Spirits with Power Armor and Production from Old World to New World to buff the path slightly wherever it made sense
-Removed Mutual Exclusivity from foci from Old World MIC and New World MIC where it made sense
