updated the fire sound script (finally did it lol), fixed M60's 3rd person position, increased the zoom of all the sniper rifle scopes. i'll need to try to fix the scope models but that'll be for another time

added msr, fixed raffica fire audio being heard everywhere

fixed and re-added the m1887. added reload cancelling to the m40a3

added reload cancels to the shotguns. requires ea31 to work.

removed m1887 because it's animation controller was forked. gonna redo the controller then add it back to the pack

redid the m4 animations since that was the first gun i ever did for this pack and it's choppy compared to the current quality
