Another helmet cost balance pass

Combat Helmet - Removed Synthread cost, replaced with Cloth and added Plasteel cost. Now requires 5 Cloth and 10 Plasteel.
Sentry Helmet - Removed Synthread cost, replaced with Cloth and added Plasteel cost. Now requires 5 Cloth and 10 Plasteel.
Combat Visor Helmet - Removed Synthread cost, replaced with Cloth and added Plasteel cost. Now requires 5 Cloth and 10 Plasteel.

i'll update the graphic to reflect these changes when im off business hours

- Overhauled the Combat Vest and the Heavy Combat Armor graphics. Both armors have a completely new design to bring them closer to the vanilla Rimworld artsyle and design.
Tbh it was long overdue anyways. Thank you real life for doing everything to stop me from having the precious commodity called time.

Combat Vest - Remade the worn graphic. The sprite when a pawn is wearing it is now higher quality and no longer clips through (vanilla) jackets and parkas.
Heavy Combat Armor when I have the time to.

Survival Hatchet - Slightly reduced the sprite size.

The "I've been told that I messed up the armor" update

Protip: don't make Rimworld mods very late at night while absolutely cacabrained.

Combat Vest - Added Neck coverage, Sharp Armor increased to 1.5, Blunt Armor increased to 0.7, Heat Armor increased to 0.4, Cold Insulation increased to 1.0
As feedback I received said, the Combat Vest was accidentally worse than the vanilla Flak Vest in every way, leading it to not perform as intended. Please try this to see if balance is in the right spot.

Heavy Combat Armor - Movespeed penalty increased to -0.8

Burstfire Pistol - Warmup reduced to 0.5

Compact SMG - Warmup increased to 0.8

The Big Boom Update!

Added two new ranged weapons
- Grenade Pistol
- Light Rocket Launcher

Added two new melee weapons
- Survival Hatchet
- Utility Machete

Added three new research projects. Some mod content that was tied to vanilla research projects have been moved to these new projects.
- Ballistic armor
- Explosive launchers
- Belt-fed machine guns

All guns - Updated sprites to more resemble the base game artstyle.

Para LMG - Research changed to Belt-fed machine guns.

GPMG - Research changed to Belt-fed machine guns, changed description to be more accurate on aim time.

Heavy Pistol, Burstfire Pistol, Magnum Revolver - Decreased sprite size to match the base game sprites.

Magnum Revolver - Added custom firing sound, Added custom bullet projectile.

Precision Rifle - Added custom firing sound, Added custom bullet projectile.

Bayonet Knife - Fixed the knife being Neolithic tier, Point Stab damage reduced to 14.

All armors - Research changed to Ballistic armor.

Heavy Pistol - Damage increased to 13

Compact SMG - Burst amount increased to 6

Assault Carbine - Damage reduced to 10, Accuracy reduced to 0.75 / 0.80 / 0.45 / 0.30

Heavy Combat Armor - Cold Insulation increased to 0.10, Heat Insulation reduced to -0.9 (try not to get a heatstroke in this)

All non-stuffable items - Added trade value. For stuffable items, item value remains based on the material.

Magnum Revolver - Fixed sprite missing the hammer.

Telescopic Baton - Fixed typo in description.

All helmets - Fixed missing blunt resistance values and balancing changes.
Combat Helmet - Blunt Armor reduced to 0.1, changed description to be more accurate on it's blunt resistance.
Combat Visor Helmet - Sharp Armor reduced to 0.8, Blunt Armor increased to 0.5, Long Accuracy Penalty increased to 0.2
Sentry Helmet - Blunt Armor increased to 0.3
