-moved some Nation starts (Phlegra, Machaka, Nidavangr, Vanarus, Caelum, LA Atlantis)
-fixed weird or absent pathing on some Provinces (218, 377, 601, 646)
-changed map to be less green/vibrant, fixed winter map, fixed some see-through glitches on coasts
-changed Throne positions to make the game more engaging
