-Added Stealth Elites to Elite spawns
-Added Silenced AR and Silenced BR spawns to all maps
-Buffed Battle Rifle Damage
-Buffed Silenced Battle Rifle
-Reduced Silenced SMG and SMG recoil
-Added recoil to Silenced AR and AR
-Fixed Needler not being available in Fiesta
-Removed Golf Club from Fiesta
-Removed the star fx on the AR firing effect
-Removed the triangle star fx on the BR firing effect
