-Purposefully removed some bridge textures in 'halfquake4_fixed'

+The radio and the toilet in 'halfquake9_fixed' work now.

*Made the soldiers spawn time in 'halfquake9_fixed' match the source material.

+Made better nodegraphs and navemashes for all of the maps.

*Fixed a missing decal in 'halfquake8_fixed'.

*Made the abyss in 'halfquake11_fixed' affect NPCs.

*Made the trigger to get the weapons in the intro larger since people would jump over the ledge.

+Added AI-nodes to fix NPCs not working.

*Fixed an issue where gravity would still be low when transitioning from 'halfquake11_fixed' to 'halfquake12_fixed'.

*Decreased the opacity of Somo's shield so you can see him better.
