Managed to die on hard settings in 4th biome on abyssal difficulty

Renamed settings Hard -> Abyssal
Hard is now between Default and abyssal

I think RadiationToMonstersMult 0.005 is way too much, changed it to 0.001

increased RadiationToAmbienceBrightness from 0.001 -> 0.002 it's still too hard to notice

I played with old OutpostTimeMultiplier 0.5
I changed it to 0.25 a few updates ago,
I'll try to beat the game again, mb with 0.25 it's now possible

Changed default OutpostTimeMultiplier from 0.5 to 0.25
Because it's now much harder to steal things or drown guards

Now mod sets CurrentLocationIrradiation to campaign metadata by the name "CurrentLocationIrradiation"
So others could use it in events

it's radiation front.X - location.X in map units

If it's > 0 then location is in radiation
if it's < 0 then no

Forgot to change name of Hard preset, guh
And overall this name asigning behaviour seems very buggy, might need to test it later
