Edited the Assault Carriers to make the midsections competitive and varied with each other to encourage using more than one model depending on preference. This mostly affects the Earth Federation's options, while the Zanzibar carrier for Zeon was updated to have an additional hangar section and extra utility slots to compensate. The changes are loosely based on each option's canon capabilities in relation to each other, so feedback's appreciated.

Speed for Assault carriers increased from 100 (The base for Titans) to 140 (Destroyer base speed).

Construction time reduced for Assault Carriers from 480 to 275 days.

Added Carrier Computers as a combat computer option for Assault Carriers. This is to provide an alternative to needing to rely on Artillery Computers being enough range for them (As was the case prior), and hopefully should prevent them from being massacred along with your cruisers.

MS Strike Craft regen per day increased from 0.034 to 0.2 to bring them more in line with modern Stellaris vanilla regen times while accounting for MS Strike Craft increased health and armor

The Post OYW Assault Carrier has been fixed and you can now select all middle section models without crashing the game
