Fix Nyala/Cheerywagon window rolldown animations

Reworked Nyala/CherryWagon based model in 42 version. New model includes 3D modelled engine. Though since it trues to sample colors from the same limited fake engine portion of texture, the result is not stellar. Please give feedback.

Added animations to some "recently" introduced professional vehicles.

Added animations to Blacksmith, Glassworking, Butcher and other vans (12 vehicles in total) added in 42.3

Brought glass shader code closer to latest vanilla shader code, hoping this might fix some crashes.

Fixed Step van interiors having transparent walls.

SVU compatability:
Fixed incorrect placement of right side window/door armor on carLuxury and carSmall vehicle types.
Fixed armor for carModern based police cars (NOTE: base SVU3 mod apparently does not add armor to those, but with this mod they will work Though roofrack might clip the lightbar - didn't check)

Fixed animated parts color issue for Chevalier Cosette

Added support for Joker86 modded cars - for build 42 only. Support includes SVU if all relevant mods are enabled.

For some reason the update with all Drive90s was not upladed. So pushing this update eraly with some more vehicle support.

All Vanilla Vehicles (including VVE and vanilla-based supported modded vehicles) should have visible representations for installed/missing state of healdights, seats, car batteries.

Drive90s vehicles are not finished yet but at the moment I have to put further development on hiatus (hopefully not too long) and want to share the existing work and not sit on it longer that I have to.

Please note - since this update is a bit rushed, there might be some issues. If you encounter them please report them in pinned discussion.
