Fixed the leveling descriptions. Now properly displays changing rules in blue and shows how leveling mutation will change it.

Lowered the cost of Poison and Corrosive breaths.

Implemented gas level scaling. Reduced gas density scaling to 3 per level. Added Poison and Corrosive to Ice and Fire breath exclusion lists. Increased cost of Corrosive breath.
