Vanilla Ostfront only brings veteran units (instead of regular) on harder difficulties, not more of them.
If you fancy a challenge I changed ENEMY SPAWN RATES for LOW economy ONLY (HARDEST DIFFICULTY) to match the number of mission stars:

- one star 1x enemy troops
- two stars 1.25x enemy troops
- three stars 1.5x enemy troops

The other economy types (NORMAL, HIGH, V.HIGH) are VANILLA.

Testing how update works. changed ammo from 3000 to 2000 per match
