-Stats tweaked to be more in line with the Perioikoi Hoplites, with a more offensive focus:
·Health: 55 → 60
·Moral: 50 → 45
·Melee attack: 31 → 33
·Melee defence : (Base: 30 → 35)
·Charge bonus: 20 → 23

-Added standard perioikoi historical description (same as Perioikoi Hoplites and Perioikoi Spears).

-Minor unit icon fixes.
