(-) Forward Air: Ball in general does less damage.

Up/Down: 6 -> 5
(-) Forward Air: Landing Lag slightly increased. (12 Frames -> 13 Frames)

(~) Back Air: Sweet Spot Hitstop Offset slightly increased.
(+) Back Air: Sweet Spot Hitbox Size Increased.
(-) Back Air: Startup slightly increased. (Frame 14 -> Frame 15)

(~) Up Air: Hitstop Offset increased.
(+) Up Air: Startup slightly decreased. (Frame 12 -> Frame 11)

(~) Down Air: Distance Travel Shortened.

GRAB AND THROWS

(-) Grab: Grab Box size reduced and shifted more forward to decrease the chance of Haruka grabbing the opponent from behind.

(+) Forward Throw: Startup slightly reduced. (Frame 18 -> Frame 17)

(~) Back Throw: Angle Altered.
(-) Back Throw: Damage Decreased. (9 -> 8)

(~) Up Throw: Hitstop Offset Increased.
(+) Up Throw: Damage Increased (8 -> 9)
(+) Up Throw: Knockback Growth Increased. (50 -> 65)

(+) Down Throw: Hurtboxes Fixed.
(+) Down Throw: Damage Increased. (5 -> 7)

SPECIAL ATTACKS

(+) Neutral Special: Landing while charging Neutral Special in the air no longer stops the move charging.
(-) Neutral Special: Uncharged damage decreased. (10 -> 7)
(+) However, fully charged damage has been left unchanged, giving the move a much more drastic damage range.
(-) Neutral Special: Endlag increased by four frames.

(~) Side Special: Hitstop Offset Increased.
(+) Side Special: Horizontal movement increased. (9 -> 11)
(+) Side Special: Vertical movement increased. (-13 -> 15)
(+) Side Special: Jump Cancel made possible earlier. (Frame 48 -> Frame 40)
(+) Side Special: Kick Damage increased. (9 -> 10)
(+) Side Special: Sour Spot Knockback Growth slightly increased. (55 -> 60)

(+) Up Special: Startup slightly decreased. (Frame 10 -> Frame 9)

(~) Down Special: Angle Altered.
