MAJOR UPDATE #1!

+ Added EVENT SOUNDS! Now, when certain events happen, you will hear some sounds according to that event as well! configurable in settings!
This system is also very easy to edit and use for modders, I will post a guide on the discord server

+ Added more Actions, now Pawns will also talk when: Hitting a Pawn, Downing a Pawn, or receiving damage.

+ Added more Radio Click sounds

+ Separated settings into "pages" for better organization

+ Added cooldown setting for EACH Action (Move, Select, Attack, etc)

+ Added Legacy Radio Click mode, it will only play "Radio ON" when a pawn talks and nothing more, this is a better option for performance and works just as the previous mod did

+ Added option to automatically give random voices for pawns when they first appear, and also based on gender!

+ Added option to allow pawns to interrupt each other with their voices

* Changed volume slider, now can go up to 600% instead of 200%

*Apparently fixed the issue where you select multiple colonists and get spammed with lots of voices at the same time
