Gameplay Changes/Fixes

Gameplay Changes/Fixes
- Hole 4: Removed the bamboo wedges in the first area and replaced them with Intersection Pieces
- Hole 4: Moved and stretched the loose plank in the second area and adjusted course walls to make it a bit more unpredictable where you'll land
- Hole 4: Added hidden boost volumes to make the HIO more consistent
- Hole 4: Shifted the taiko drum slightly to the left and made the ramp thinner
- Hole 4: Adjusted Out of Bounds Volumes a bit to make sure there aren't any spots where you could get stuck
- Hole 4: Increased par from 3 to 4
- Hole 9: Increased bounce power of the lower gongs and opened up the Outer Corner piece so you can fall OOB to make them a little more dangerous
- Hole 9: The large cannon dipped flag hole is now shifted down in a similar fashion to the dipped cannon hole in Hole 18
- Hole 9: Background spinners no longer stop when one person leaves the special area; they now stop when Hole 10 starts instead
- Hole 9: Zap SFX no longer toggles when leaving the special area; just plays instead
- Hole 16: Added Out of Bounds Volumes covering the Boba Saloon and surrounding area in case you can somehow fall there
- Hole 18: Added more Out of Bounds Volumes to fully cover the surrounding beach area

Art Updates/Fixes
- Casino: Updated lighting: generally much brighter on the ground floor and a bit darker/moodier in the balconies
- Hole 4: Added a couple extra decorative bamboo support beams
- Hole 4: Fixed most of the course pieces in the first area floating over the ground slightly
- Hole 9: Special area now uses the Nebula Sky texture for its sky, except for the back wall with the spinners
- Hole 9: Changed the floor texture to use Oasis Sand instead of Beach Sand 2, changed drop holes to use the Ice texture
- Hole 11/12: Made the casino lounge lights brighter and more vibrant
- Hole 11/12: Fixed a bit of z-fighting on the brick road
- Hole 15: Added a hole in the tarp of the second pavilion, allowing you to see through the glass panel
- Hole 17: Added bamboo support beams for the HIO pipe
- Hole 18: Changed the rooftop pool to use an orange, gold-ish tile floor (also changed the water visuals)

Optimizations
Note: These changes probably won't affect performance too much in the outdoor areas, but TU's weirdly chaotic FPS display generally showed very slightly higher and more consistently high numbers, which I guess is nice. The biggest performance improvement seems to be in the casino (went from ~85-88 to ~90-100 FPS on my PC).

- This map previously used Trigger Volumes placed at the beginning of specific levels to trigger events (hiding items, starting movers, etc). Now it uses the start pads' OnStarted event for that instead
- All movers are now only active in the specific hole where they are used (previously some of them would remain active in holes where they didn't need to be)
- Disabled Auto Start on every mover
- Hole 9: Movers now only start the first time someone enters the special area (would previously start the movers every time someone went through the portal)
- Slight optimization pass on lights in the Casino: converted several lights to Fill Lights, reduced radius on a few of them

- Added extra OOB Volumes to the rooftop in Hole 18

Art Updates/Fixes
- Slightly updated the background rooftop visible in Hole 18: moved one of the ventilation units and edited the panel texture to be rotated at the same angle as the building
- Fixed some of the rooftop's glass guardrails z-fighting with the metal beams

- Removed Rushing Wind SFX in Hole 18 since for whatever reason it started playing throughout the entire map at all times and I do not care enough to figure out why and fix it

Gameplay Changes/Fixes
- Hole 3: Fixed an Out of Bounds Volume that I forgot to move back into place after the last major art update
- Hole 9: Fixed gongs floating in the air and restored their '8' shape

Art Updates/Fixes
- Hole 9: Lighting should no longer change for this specific hole (this was a hacky workaround for a bug that was fixed in 0.18.1.0)
- Hole 9: Updated the lighting in the unique area (increased the local Sky Volume's fog density)
- Added some fun confetti FX when you pocket in Hole 18
- Disabled 'Do Effects' on a hidden booster in Hole 5
- Sand decals should be colored more closely to the actual sand now (was a bit pale before)
- Added a missing rock on the edge of the main island's beach, behind the spa

Optimizations
- Removed 7 'NO ITEM' IO connections throughout the map
- 4 mini gold bars on the rooftop will now be hidden until hole 18, which should boost the map's performance by 0.000001fps
