- added "The Bowl" track from PC DOS version
- added replay cameras to all bowls
- new windshield texture in higher resolution
- fixed bug with repeating parts in garage
- optimized file system for future car content

- added an early (WIP) version of The Bowl Remake arena

- new steelies wheels for Banger Car
- tweaked tire and deformation config files
- replaced textures for The Bowl with classic/pixel ones (remastered bowl is WIP)
- added reverse start event for The Bowl
- added dynamic cockpit camera
- added missing LOD's to new Banger Car parts from previous update
