- Changed handcuffs to be removed from the arrested character when put into a jail cell, allowing to interact with objects in it
- Fixed continously getting beaten up by security if you have to serve jail time and the cell door is open. The doors will now automatically close when you get arrested
- Fixed brigs on outposts also giving the "Inside Brig" affliction. It's only meant for submarine brigs

- Fixed team change of NPCs not working properly if no prisoner from a mission is present in the level
- Made security actually arrest characters and locking them into jail cells if available
-- Free your crew mate by paying 500mk to the security officer found in the administration module or break them out, but beware of consequences
-- Leaving the station while someone needs to serve jail time will result in reputation loss
-- If the station has no jail cells, the person will instead be transported to the submarine and temporarily banned from entering the station

- Added "Security Whistle" which can be used to send a handcuffed person into the brig
-- People inside the brig will gain "Inside Brig" affliction and will load back into the brig after each loading screen
-- Spending 10 seconds outside the brig will remove the affliction and thus stops them from spawning inside the brig
-- You can only teleport someone that is currently inside the player submarine into its brig
--- Requires a compatible submarine (A hull with "roomname.brig" with a spawnpoint "Human" with the spawnpointtag "brig" inside it)

- Fixed prisoners from prisoner transport missions being added to the crew when cuffing them again
- Fixed hidden "arrestedfriendly" affliction being displayed on characters
- Reworked the prisoner transport mission event again:
-- An escaped prisoner will now sometimes try to free other prisoners
-- Prisoners have a 10% chance to escape from handcuffs every 5 minutes after a grace period of 10 minutes

- Added "Blindfold" item. Can be used to blindfold a person, but they can unequip it if not handcuffed. Can be crafted or rarely found in loot
- Added arresting system. It is now possible to arrest NPCs and bring them with you
-- If they're outlaws, you may turn them in for some profit at military type stations
-- If they're regular citizens and you're playing with DynamicEuropa, you may sell them as hostages to pirates which will also increase your standing with them
-- If you're caught arresting someone by their allies, you may get in trouble

- Fixed characters staying seated or in bed when handcuffed and thus put their arms into weird positions. They now drop out of whatever they're interacting with as the game can't support handcuffed animation combined with item animations.
