Did fix the issue with ghoul, rpk74/m and ak308 magazines not showing up the amount left in the inventory
Changed the soundset and ballistics for Ghoul SMG to be more SMGish

Added Basic Vests with LBV, heavy and regular, reworked the distance and shadow lods for them.
Added new Type 24 model rifle with intergrated silencer, replacing the older one.
Added or fixed the night sight dots for all apropriate weapons.

Fixed AK-203 GL sight error
Slight tweak to RPK74M texture.
