This update has a high likelyhood of breaking weapons if you had an ongoing save
If that is indeed the case I suggest you respawn the weapons using Livelandr's Sandbox Menu (to avoid your saved being marked as using cheats if you care about that)


Added reloading mechanics to weapons, no more jamming, if you find any inconsistencies tell me
Removed "Never Jams" modifiers
Removed quality modifier from Aftermarket Surplus SMG
Increased Annihilator RPM from 715 to 800
Messed with quality modifiers for a few weapons, another balance pass is planned for all of them
Lowered Hiuz spread from 6 to 1
Lowered Prototype Assault Shotgun additional penetration by 5%
Removed quality modifiers from some vintage & blackops weapons that weren't supposed to have them
Removed Failure to feed modifiers
Removed Renegade Oppressor Light MG, Renegade Light MG - their entire point was to help with weapon jamming, might make a comeback when i find a good use for them
Removed the Precision Rifle family of rifles
Renamed Coalition Precision Marksman Rifle into Coalition Precision Rifle and rechambered it to 7.62x67mm

Fixed hiuz bullets not going through walls/doors
Made hiuz bullets do more damage to doors and walls & adjusted some other hidden stats to be better than regular .50 BMG FMJ

Penetration modifiers on weapons were previously bugged, they should be working correctly now (It's using a different tag for pen now so notify me if some values feel too powerful/weak or if they are working incorrectly, I don't have a ton of time for testing the mod right now so it's getting the HD2 QA treatment atm)
Reduced/reworked a lot of weapons' penetration since they should now be additive instead of multiplicative
Removed negative penetration modifiers
Fixed some guns not having penetration modifiers when specified they in fact do

Increased Prototype Repeater RPM from 80 to 100
Buffed Prototype SMG damage from 15% to 20%
Buffed Coalition Suppressed Heavy SMG damage from 15% to 20%
Removed dual wield penalty from Prototype Pistol
Reverted Renegade Light Hand Cannon from 2 handed back to 1 handed and gave it a high dual wield penalty
Added 2 new Interceptor Diving Suit upgrade variants
Removed microstun from gauntlets and removed random crits instead replacing them with lowered guaranteed damage
Added stat cards for gauntlets & gravity grenade
Reduced amount of thermonuclear depth charges merchants sell
Added 35 additional weapons that can spawn in weapon holders at various parts of the campaign (This includes some vintage and prototype weapons) albeit the spawn chances are really really low (will eventually get expanded to all weapons and include wrecked weapon holders too)
Made the Hiuz, Coalition Veteran SMG, Renegade Oppressor LMG, Renegade LMG, Coalition LMG (hopefully) always spawn with magazines inside of them
Made the turret uplink crew helmet not spawn anymore
Made Hiuz spawn more rarely and at higher difficulties
Surplus HMG, Experimental Assault Rifle, Surplus Rifle and their ammunition can be crafted/recycled in both the portable and regular fabricator
Updated submission baton to use electric shock
Durasteel grenade got turned into Thermobaric grenade
Changed Thermobaric grenade to require ignis latex instead of durasteel
Lowered Thermobaric grenade bleeding and deep tissue injury damage and added ignis latex burn damage
Updated flashbang to apply sensory overload and blindness
Updated grenades to be cookable by pressing E

Added deep tissue injury damage to Battle Rifle, Caseless AR, Oppressor BR DS ammunition
Removed random crits from a lot of ammo and instead turned them into reduced but guaranteed damage
Removed a lot of microstun values

Updated assault smg/pistol mag sprites
Made Covert Assault Rifle Mags cost 1 less plastic and 1 more propellant
Buffed Oppressor BR DS penetration from 50 to 60%
Made precision rifle mags cost flash powder instead of magnesium/phosphorus & titanium instead of lead
Made renegade combat shotgun magazines much cheaper and in line with basic 12g buckshot/slug crafting, they were unreasonably expensive while also performing worse than regular 12g
Increased renegade combat shotgun mag stack sizes
Made Anti-Materiel cartridges deconstruct into their base components
Made General Purpose Machine Gun big and small boxes have synced crafting recipes
Fixed coalition assault smg having coalition precision marksman rifle sprite, oops
