Some status effect changes. Bomb and Contagious now hit surrounding tiles (think flail range). Rupture also has a 10% HP dmg effect when pushed or pulled.

Lightning Chain now properly respects the "HPbased" element, meaning certain bosses will resist its damage.

Prevented the extra effects from hitting incapacitated targets, which should prevent the AI from over-prioritizing hitting corpses instead of living foes.

Under the hood changes to status effect "maximums," which should prevent weird situations with the same status effect duplicated on a single character.

Properly classified Madness damage as physical.

Changes to Bomb and Contagious. They now only affect allies of the dying unit, making them much safer to use.

Included a missing Wildfire icon that would likely only have caused problems if you weren't subscribed to Elite Passives or Tetragram.
