* Fixed a single bug: Spearmaster's spear grow speed should now work when spear exhaustion is 0.

Major additions/changes:
* Rivulet throwing ability; 0 by default (Monk).
* Increased configurability of food used by Artificer's explosion jumps.
* Increased configurability of food used to produce Spearmaster's needles.
* Saint's tongue length can now be configured (shorter by default).
* The "swing speed" of Saint using his tongue can now be configured. It's actually a multiplier on all forces applied on Saint by his tongue.
* The distance Saint can "lean" while hanging from his tongue is reduced. It's actually a multiplier on Saint's movement speed when (A. His tongue is attached, and B. He cannot jump).

* Probably something else I've forgotten...

* (Spearmaster) (Artificer) Configure throwing ability
* (Saint) alter recharge rate of "god timer"
* (Spearmaster) Spears formed by Spearmaster do less damage
* (Gourmand) Exhaustion modifier is different when at 0 food, lerped by food/max
* (Artificer) Stuns by explosions increase pyroJumpCounter
* (Rivulet) Rot walls don't grab Rivulet as well, making escape sometimes possible
* (Gourmand) Speed is modified by food like the exhaustion rate
Tried and failed: (Saint) see if it's possible to reduce the angle at which Saint can lean whilst grappling (it appears not to be)

* Artificer can re-meet echoes after first ending (Resets the list of all echoes met, stops the game from resetting your karma every time you start the game, and allows echoes to grant karma). Wow, this was a lot of work.
* (Spearmaster) Optionally configurable spear-growth speed
* (Spearmaster) Increased Spearmaster's jump height by 10%
