- New focuses, now with 95 new focuses.
- Filling in some affects for some focuses which did little or nothing
- Balance changes
- More specific focuses based on diplomacy with NCR and CES.
- Updated clean slate mechanic so it can be speed up as you conquer.

The general theme is trying to force you to interact more with the world to progress your nation.
