Adjusted the good column fill of the underground warehouse using a custom script.

Added new LiquidGoodMaterialPatchSpecification to patch a material on a Liquid Good for the Storage Tank to draw foam correctly.
Added new LiquidGoodMaterialCloneSpecification to assign a patched clone of a liquid to a good for display on a storage tank.
Replaced WaterShaderPatchSpecification definition of AppleJuice, TomatoeJuice, Beet and Radish Juice and Corn Juice with LiquidGoodMaterialPatchSpecification definition. Should actually see foam on these stored liquids now!

Fixed Flat Floodgates pathing issues.
Fixed bug where clicking on a Choo Choo train would cause a crash.
Added support for Custom Beaver By Name Specification to load a different texture for Adult and Child
Added CustomBeaverByNameListSpecification spec to allow you to make a list of names for a graphics set.
Added new tag to CustomBeaverByNameSpecification to allow not adding the name to the names pool.
Added new CustomBeaverNamesListSpecification to allow you to add new names to the names pool, or replace it entirely.

Implemented Child Texture to Adult texture mapping. (Red beavers stay red, Charcoal beavers stay Charcoal. Includes Mixed Beavers support.)
Added new Avatar/Badge (both words are used internally) system to display an icon that better matches the beaver/bot. (includes mixed beavers supprt.)
Added BeaverCustomTexturesByNameSpecification to allow modders to set unique textures to beavers with specific names. This is applied to the named beaver on ANY faction.

Random script rewrites, If Dev mode is on, BuildingPrefabMaterialPatchSpecification will log changes.
Added Purified Water and Forced Badwater Extraction recipes to the Badwater Rig.
Moved Phoenix Distillery to Science tab.
Changed order numbers on Roofs (many shared the same number, which meant the order could change).
Changed order number on Clock (should now be between Beaver Statue and hedge).

Changed Small Tank to allow (double and triple) platforms to be built over it.
Changed Block Occupations of the mine's base level to include Top, to prevent you building it half off the underground ruin.
Fixed Wind effect on Large Smelter's 2nd chimney smoke.
Changed Apple Tree to give 5 apples per cycle instead of 3.
Reduced Tomato harvest time to 1.2 hours to match the other crops.
Changed Apple Pie recipe to take 1 hour instead of 1.2 hours, and give 5 Apple Pies instead of 6.
Changed Cornbread recipe to give 8 cornbread instead of 6.
Changed Beet and Radish juice to give 4 juice out, at a time of 1.2 hours.
All food items should now have a Food per Tile growing time of between 30 and 40 hours, not counting cooking fuel costs. And Juice 24 to 27 hours/tile.
Added new "Automated Manufactory" scripts to the Automated Water Pump. It should now stop animating and drawing power when it can't pump water.

Should actually be able to put (Double or triple) platforms on floodgates now.
Removed Phoenix Essence Recipe from the Refinery to fix an issue where haulers would bring fuel back to the refinery.
Added new building Phoenix Distillery to make Phoenix Essence.
Wet Fur now gives a warning message like Injury.

Updated Underground Tank model slightly.
Balanced Corn Juice and Beet and Radish Juice Recipes. Changed from 1 hour to 1.5 hour, but gives 5 juice instead of 3.
Added a new need "Juice" to bring total needs up to match vanilla factions. Satisfied by drinking any juice.
Added Large Lumbermill. 3x3 and has 2 workers.
Added Large Gear Workshop. 3x3 and has 2 workers.
Added Large Smelter. 3x4 and has 2 workers.
Updated textures on Smelter and changed max workers to 1.
Updated textures on District Center.
Added Phoenix Essence, made in the Refinery. It's used by the Advanced Phoenix pod in Project Phoenix mod.
Changed the Decontamination Pod to use Phoenix Essence instead of Extract.
Floodgates (All 3 variants) can now have (double or triple) platforms placed on top of them.
Added a new set of 3 Flat Top Floodgates.
New script to save beaver texture IDs, to make a beaver keep his texture after a save/load.
Added some new beaver texture variants.
Script also works on bots, and added new Bot Variants too.
