Fixed pathing and access bugs in the HE version

Added a loading bay to the docking port | Just a few shelfs where the cargo spawns on. May spill over, haven't tested it yet.
Exposed some of the components.
Added exterior and interior cameras for the captain
Changed the Medbay small cabinets to non-interactable, placed invisible lockers instead. Has mostly the same storage capacity.
Linked a few cabinets to the fabricators.
Added a cabinet in the same style as the new ones in medbay to armory, has both ammo and stims/meds.
Changed the names of some of the rooms.
Optimised the hull a little bit.
Visual improvements and minor bugfixes.
Decreased the layer value of the stuff in the cafeteria to allow placables to be a little bit more easily placed there.

These changes are NOT reflected on the Hungry Europan version.

Improved AI, added accessibility for the reactor and loaders. AI should be better at loading.
Made bots keep the armory open, and fixed the door. It was supposed to only allow security and the captain.
Buffed PD fire rate 500ms -> 350ms (default for coilguns is 250ms)
Increased the breach auto-shut time to 5 seconds (from 2.5)
Enabled security to enter command
Changed the old Ubuntu logo used on earlier versions to the HuskOS logo, added it onto the server rack and terminal
Changed to tier 3, multiple people have been saying it looks like a tier 3 sub, so I made it one. The buff to the PD is to reflect it being a tier 3, more buffs may come later. Might buff the engine to get a base top speed of 20 instead of 15.
Many bug fixes and visual fixes/changes.

The HE patch has been included in this update.
