* Re-Removed fog.
* Added speed mod variables. Large Ships: 400 m/s, small Ships: 460 m/s. Subject to change.

* Adjusted sun distance to fix broken lighting LOD.

Complete re-render and alignment of skybox.

* Eliminated texture borders stemming from color banding and a missaligned wall.
* Flattened blacks and darkened galactic band to reduce color banding.
* Replaced moon texture with slightly larger and more vibrant texture.
* Realigned skybox to match near-vannila sun position. Solar panels placed for vanilla sun should work agian.
* Increased star numbers and contrast.
