Double coilgun can no longer be switched as it causes issues.

Adjusted engine's propeller damage zone to match the propeller.

Fixed decorative pieces being interactible.
Slight adjustments to duct block wirings to avoid low amounts of water staying within rooms.

Fixed turrets being not swappable. There is no way to make wrecked turrets unpurchasable without making them not swappable.

Thalamus's hunger growth is slowed down by 4x. Hunger no longer grows while docked. Pumps' maximum flow increased by 1.5x.
