Buffs
+ Finally added a victory theme!
+ The meow taunt can now be used while crouching or crawling. The spin taunt has been moved to Up Taunt. meow
Nerfs
- Changed the system for the automatic release from attacking with a pocketed player; it now is controlled by the opponent's DI, making it less cheesy and more of a mindgame.
- Reduced the size and activeness of DSPECIAL.
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Fixed a miscolored pixel on Walk.
+ Fixed USPECIAL's animation bugging out from the recent Rivals update due to a leftover duplicate sprite.
+ Added a standard timer to USPECIAL that lets you cancel it, regardless of circumstance.
+ Updated KOB water hitbox interaction to be proper.
- Kitimek now slowly takes damage while floating in KOB water.
+ Updated the sharp dust effect, and added and adjusted some placements of them.
+ Fixed Dash Start and Stop not properly transitioning into the dash hover.
+ Added the consistent tail animation to JAB, FTILT, UTILT, FSTRONG, and USTRONG.
+ Added some more pixels to the base of the consistent tail animation to help prevent certain animations from having missing pixels.
+ Added some smoothing to the end of DTILT.
+ Updated phone to use the animated idle animations for the characters in the Lore secion. (And just updated a bit of the lore secion in general.)
+ Added a secret alt when holding PARRY before the match starts as one of the alts based on Kiitmeks (including default).

v1.9
Buffs
+ Attacking while pocketing an opponent now releases them into an attack, allowing for the mechanic to be better used into combos!
+ Made FAIR slightly faster.
+ Made UAIR kill better.
+ Increased the horizontal speed of FSPECIAL.
+ Made recovering near walls easier with USPECIAL.
+ Slightly increased USPECIAL's distance across all charges.
+ Made NAIR send consistently forward, and increased the speed of the multihits to connect better (among other methods).
+ Made DSPECIAL faster on hit.
Nerfs
- Made USTRONG kill slightly worse.
- Increased FSPECIAL end lag.
- Increased NAIR startup and decreased its damage.
Fixes / Other Changes
+ PARRY can now be held down to stay transformed (don't worry, this is after the actual parry part ends!)
+ Removed an animation frame from FAIR to improve gamefeel.
+ Added two more meows.
+ Added some smokey sounds to certain animations.
+ Made the intro animation play when you respawn.

+ Increased speeds of FTILT, DTILT, and DSTRONG's spin.
+ Increased the power of FSTRONG's sourpot.
+ Made DSTRONG connect more consistently.
+ Decreased the landing lag of FAIR and made it have even less landing lag on hit.
+ NSPECIAL has larger range for absorbing projectiles.
+ NSPECIAL's throw no longer has scaling, allowing it to more reliably combo.
+ BAIR's sweetspot grab is less precise.
+ FSPECIAL jumps further and its sweetspot lasts longer.
Nerfs
- USTRONG, DATTACK, and DSTRONG now have more startup and endlag.
- USTRONG's range is less wide.
- Decreased the height of DTAUNT's jump. Very sad.
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Fixed BAIR being unable to grab projectiles.
+ Fixed the tail not appearing white when Kitimek has respawn inincibility.
+ Fixed FSPECIAL always forcing its lowest angle when angling downwards and facing right.
+ Fixed FSPECIAL's cancelling not correcting your rotation if canceled using STRONG inputs.
+ Added 2 more CSS infoboxes.

- As part of the crystallizing rework, throwing a pocketed opponent frees them of the state they were in, preventing you from quickly repocketing them again.

+ Fixed certain gem colors not changing with alts properly
+ Fixed DSPECIAL crystallizing opponents through armor.
