Fix a bug where steering wheel was treated as tire and was effecting speed calculation.
Now only wheels from tires section will be treated as tires.

implemented reset after "engine/crankshaft id" change
fixed wrong speed calculation which was noticeable with only some of the wheel types.

Fixed modes. Currently there are 3:
1. for semi automatic gearbox with manual shifting done by player
2. for semi automatic gearbox with automated shifting done by script (currently non functional due to missing Lua API functionality)
3. for already fully automatic gearboxes

Created possibility to use script with creations that has reverse on separate button.

Now script can be easily added imported an used in scenario script files.
