Updated the HRE Fix: Removed duplicate lines and increased authority gain per region from x0.1 to x0.2. While this is a more modest increase compared to EARL's Authority Overhaul, it still represents an increase. Additionally, a new feature has been added—when the HRE successfully completes a pretender mission, they will now receive a bonus of 50 extra authority.
