Trainstation - Added some lights to the spawn room to make it livelier

Changed to an Episode 2 mod so that the flashlight has its own meter.

Plaza:
*Changed soundscapes to make the city quieter
*(Hopefully) fixed the "A.I. Disabled" popup

Apartments:
*Added a few doors to encourage privacy
*Added a few extra lights
