- improve pipeline connection tolerance when connecting to an existing segment of pipeline
- overhaul pipeline model and collision creation to disconnect the visuals from the collision model
- small change in pipeline placement tolerance (0.92m -> 1.00m radius)
- small change in placed pipeline collision (1.25m -> 1.15m radius)
- more tolerance for building near / connecting the end of a pipeline
- overhaul pipeline model placement logic to average out stretching or squishing over the whole length
- pipeline highlighting is now the entire pipeline instead of the currently aimed at piece
- small changes to highlight colors

- added capability to keep construction preview when switching directly from welder to grinder/drill to aid with clearing obstacles; with welder, left-click a valid endpoint (but with obstructions blocking construction), then switch directly to grinder/drill
