Guns can now be equipped with scopes.
The list is expanded compared to vanilla.
The guns that can be equipped with scopes are: Handcannon, Deadeye Carbine, Rifle, Assault Rifle, Harpoon Coil Rifle.

Fixed Flamer, Prototype Steam Cannon and Ancient Weapon causing the game to freeze when operated in combat by bots.
Due to game issues, they no longer have crosshairs. A small price to pay for crashless gameplay.

Enhanced Arc Emitter.
Arsenal now has a 'pool' for checking guns underwater.
Added particles to all guns.
Fixes to all guns.

Adjusted rifle's required skill values to vanilla ones.
Fixed autoshotgun when it is worn on back.

Fixed the rifle's incorrect reloading times. Turns out, the closer you are to the reload skill's requirement, the closer the number is to the skilled reload rather than unskilled reload.
I thought that below the skill requirement it will always be the full unskilled reload duration, but it is more so a gradual line.
Some sacrifices have been done, so to achive maximum speed, 70 skill is required. Might try and play a little bit more, and as such the current implementation is a temporary workaround.

Fix for the boomstick and revolver.

Boomstick and revolver now have the single slot separated into several different ones, allowing to load several ammo types.
Added new smoke effect to all guns.
Fool-proof failsafe to prevent guns from breaking when save and quitting during the reloading animation.
