-Viewers now stop decreasing naturally when Salty KO's an opponent, continuing when Salty is hit or Salty hits an opponent or an assist.
-If Salty is attacked in D-Special after summoning an assist, they will fail their attack given they haven't hit an opponent already. This does not count for attacks done through the Re-Attack option.

-Jab 1 BKB: 5 > 4
-D-Tilt Angle: 75 > 80
-F-Air Knockback: 8 BKB|0.7 KBS > 8 BKB|0.65 KBS
-D-Strong Angles: 40/140 > 45/135
-U-Special Chair Angle: 35 > -20
-U-Special Chair Knockback: 4 BKB|0.2 KBS > 2 BKB|0.1 KBS
-N-Special Cooldown: 24 Frames > 50 Frames
