finished the gathering events ... a bugs folder (mostly affects seduce spouse) for seven bugs ... minor corrections to my work

Updates to Gathering events (not finished), more expedition additions.

includes 3 "bug fixes" to core game that affects how those 3 events run which hopefully will form part of a mini-update one day

more changes and additions to "task" (ie assignment triggered) events

Next up will be NH events ... especially the Rattle Lung virus and seeing what other events can be updated for facilities
