Sin 0.1.5 - Super Update

I will be thoroughly reviewing comments on the page in the next few weeks! While this patch was tested before release, it is always helpful to leave balancing comments / additions! Thank you!

Patch Overview
-This patch is dedicated less to balance, and more fixing a lot of jank that Sin had. On top of this, version 0.1.5 will be the first of two remaining content additions before the final release (hopefully).
-This was meant to come out late December/early January, but here I am writing notes in mid February… sorry guys
-On top of some balance changes and move additions, this modpack comes with a lot of new effects.

Proration
-A LOT of normals and a few specials were given changed proration. Here’s a large list:
-Jab: 2 -> 3
-Ranger: 1 -> 2
-Advance: 1 -> 2
-Cross: 0 -> 1
-Air Jab: 2 -> 3
-Leading: 1 -> 2
-Hang: 3 -> 1
-But I added more scaling, it’s effectively the same.
-Hawk Baker: -1 -> 1

Advance
-Gave Advance a custom hurtbox that is active frames 2 - 5.

Crumble
-Hit advantage increased: 10f -> 15f
-Hit Grounded State: HitAerial -> HitGrounded

Tyrant Rave
-Made the first hit connect on the ground (OTG).
-Tyrant Rave can ONLY hit OTG once per combo, as to not lead to Tyrant Rave Loops.
-Made the second hit always at least Hard Knockdown, as to prevent players from countering this technique by DI’ing straight down.
-1st hit Block Advantage: -5 -> +1
-2nd hit Block Advantage: -11 -> +0

Beak Driver
-Fixed a bug where Beak Driver, when performed in the air, had no interrupt options.

Beak Driver (Followup)
-Changed to, instead of wall splatting, does a hard knockdown.
-Block pushback modifier reduced. 1.0 -> 0.2
-This change, as well on a similar change to different moves, is meant to change the safety/advantage of certain block situations.

Hawk Baker
-Made it so Hawk Baker can no longer use stamina to become safe on block.
-Made it so Hawk Baker is aptly punishable on block.
-Block pushback modifier on landing reduced. 1.0 -> 0.2

Hawk Baker (Followup)
-Now has a higher launch angle.
-Knockback Y: -0.33 -> -0.5
-Knockback Force: 7 -> 8.5

Hoof Stomp
-Made the stamina followup not hit OTG.

Crumble
-Block pushback modifier reduced. 1.0 -> 0.1

Shatter
-Block pushback modifier reduced. 1.0 -> 0.1

Elk Hunt
-Added
-Low profile f2-10
-Burst movement option
-Does mediocre damage. Easy to DI out of, though.
-Has a followup.

Elk Hunt (Followup)
-Added
-High damage, two hitting
-Wallsplats
-Small-ish hitbox
-High block pushback

Stun Tusk
-Added
-Sin projectile?
-Can be aimed in three different directions, grounded or aerial.
-Two hitting
-Low damage
-Fairly low-commital

Charged Beak Driver
-Added
-Toggle option on standard Beak Driver
-14f startup
- -1 Proration
- +3 oB
-Wallsplats
-Great damage

Hawk Baker
This move was made horribly…
Reworked entirely
Changed block advantage
Changed attributes of the followup
Changed how far you could go for distance slider
Changed physics
Changed hitbox properties
Made whiff punishable
Made block punishable
Changed cancel properties
Changed invulnerability properties
Ugh

Beak Driver
Startup increased: 6f -> 8f
“Beak Driver” was a very strong move. It’s very big, fast, and damaging. By slowing the startup, I hope to make other moves in Sin’s kit seem just as appealing.

Hoof Stomp
Fixed bug causing Hoof Stomp to be -5 on block. Now 0
Last hit hits mid instead of high

Jab
Move duration extended: 10f -> 12f
This change was intended so Jab wouldn’t be as fast as “Wait”.

Cross
Advantage on block: +1 -> +2

I’ll Hit Something!
Advantage on block: -1f -> +1f
IASA on hit: -1 -> 31
This was intended to give “I’ll Hit Something!” a more useful effect in neutral. Serving alongside “Beak Driver” as a good, mid-range attack.

Crumble
Move duration extended: 12f -> 17f
This change was made to make Crumble a more balanced attack in neutral.
Now parriable

Shatter
Now doesn’t stop momentum until frame 10
By not stopping momentum until frame 10, “Shatter” gains some more consistency as a guard break after moves such as “Beak Driver” or “Ranger”.

Still Growing!
Made defense buff increase damage reduction even more.
Level 1: 0.8x damage taken
Level 2: 0.65x
Level 3: 0.5x

General Changes
Stamina now recovers 40% slower
Removed the stipulation that stamina could not charge during specials to compensate.
Made every special with a followup not block cancellable until the followup hits (assuming followup is activated with enough stamina)
Still Growing dropdown now defaults to Heal HP instead of Heal Stamina.
Made stat buffs from eating last 20% longer.
Changed the way all normals could be cancelling into dashing or jumping
