Elevator 4 on Forrestal class doesn't serve left bow catapult anymore. There is an issue with time multiplier. If it's set on "1x", elevator 4 doesn't work properly (it blocks catapults 3 and 4). If time compression is on, elevator works fine (1 launch and than blocked by catapults 3 and 4).
