added revived ai now retains original name and face
edited EH in initserver ,check if isKindof Man for downedstate/to prevent static weapons and veh from getting action
edited deadcleanuploop to exclude static weapons and veh from getting bodybag action
added ability to repair dead static weapons , addaction when Toolkit and Gun oil in inventory consumes items
added gun oil and toolkits to base box
tweaked starting resources / box inventories guns ammo food water
tweaked base building objects / removed some stuff
updated some of the AI officers help texts
added additional female player slot
added female clothes to equipment crate
fixed female player unit being invincible
fixed one of the enemy aa missiles being stuck in the ground
changed made info npcs civilian so they dont get shot at anymore
fixed if CAS aircraft is destoyed or deleted w/ ace the action became unusable

fixed - recruit helicopters not flying away
fixed - some inventories not saving
fixed - enemy despawning while only downed player is present
fixed - LAW ATs not having a rocket
fixed - drop box missing some guns
fixed - VC AI units recieving wrong loadouts on revive
fixed - progress report showing data in wrong order
fixed - yellow gunfire markers getting stuck
changed - new day reduces recruit cooldown by 2 now
changed - increased blufor recruits skill levels
changed - removed "check health" ace action
