Expanses In Equilibrium has assessed the stability of the Global Hyper-Transit System further- no changes to destinations!

Fixes: Map for Moss Fields has been fixed (hopefully)

Additions: Added a guide Overseer (hopefully), added worldstate for Inv, 2 more rooms in Freezing Flights

Things that were not changed: Generally EIE's Overseers are still not cooperating :(
